- All jewellery is very carefully checked for damage or faulty workmanship prior to leaving our store.
- You are entitled to an exchange only within 14 days of purchase and with the original receipt.
- Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds.
- Mist Jewellery offers a 100% money-back guarantee on all jewellery only if the item is faulty and the damage has not been caused by wear and tear.
- All jewellery has a (3) month warranty from the date of purchase.
- All refunds will be made in the same manner as the initial purchase.
