Returns Policy

1. All jewellery is very carefully checked for damage or faulty workmanship prior to leaving our store.
2. You are entitled to an exchange only within 14 days of purchase and with the original receipt.
3. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds.
4. Mist Jewellery will not exchange any items mishandled or damaged.
5. All jewellery has a three (3) month warranty from the date of purchase.
